Overview

This Fees & Charges Policy explains all applicable fees, commissions, and deductions associated with the use of the GigValue platform, operated by OROSK Network Private Limited.

GigValue is a digital services marketplace where buyers purchase services from sellers (influencers / service providers) using wallet-based credits.

Fees Applicable to Buyers

Buyers may be subject to the following charges:

  • Service Price: Amount displayed on the gig page, set by the seller
  • Platform Convenience Fee: A small service charge applied at checkout (if applicable)
  • Taxes: Applicable GST or other statutory taxes as per Indian law
Transparency: Final payable amount is always shown before order confirmation.

Seller Commission & Deductions

GigValue charges a platform commission on completed orders.

  • Commission percentage may vary based on seller level, category, or promotions
  • Commission is deducted automatically before wallet crediting
  • Seller earnings shown are net of platform commission
Note: Commission rates are visible in the seller dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Wallet & Payment Related Charges

  • No charge for creating a GigValue wallet
  • Payment gateway charges may be included in wallet top-ups
  • Failed or reversed transactions are handled as per gateway rules

Any promotional or bonus credits provided by GigValue are free and non-withdrawable.

Seller Withdrawals

Sellers may withdraw earnings subject to:

  • Successful completion of orders
  • Completion of KYC verification
  • Minimum withdrawal limits (if applicable)

Withdrawal processing fees or bank charges may apply depending on the payout method.

Optional Paid Features

GigValue may offer optional paid features including:

  • Gig Boosts / Featured Listings
  • Promotional placements
  • Priority visibility or campaign tools
Important: Fees paid for optional promotional services are non-refundable once activated.

Fees Related to Disputes & Violations

  • No fee for raising a genuine dispute
  • Fraudulent disputes may result in penalties
  • GigValue may deduct amounts for chargebacks, penalties, or damages

Taxes & Compliance

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • GST may be applied as per Indian tax laws
  • Sellers are responsible for their own tax compliance
  • GigValue may deduct TDS if legally required

Changes to Fees

GigValue reserves the right to modify fees or commission structures at any time.

  • Changes will be notified via platform or email
  • Updated fees apply prospectively
