Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all transactions carried out on the GigValue platform, operated by OROSK Network Private Limited.
GigValue is a digital services marketplace connecting buyers (brands) and sellers (influencers / service providers). All services offered on the platform are digital in nature and delivered electronically.
Wallet & Credit System
GigValue operates on a closed-loop digital wallet and credit system intended exclusively for use within the GigValue platform.
- Users must add funds to their GigValue wallet before purchasing any service
- Wallet balance represents platform usage credits, not a bank deposit
- Credits can only be used to purchase services listed on GigValue
- Credits do not earn interest and are non-transferable
Refunds on Wallet Top-Ups
GigValue allows users to request refunds for wallet credits under the conditions outlined below.
- Users may request a refund of unused wallet credits at any time.
- Approved wallet credit refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the top-up.
- Wallet credits that have already been used for placing orders or purchasing services are not eligible for wallet top-up refunds.
Refunds may also be initiated in the following cases:
- Payment is debited but wallet credits are not added due to a technical failure
- Duplicate payment is confirmed by the payment gateway
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5β7 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the userβs bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation rules depend on the current status of the order:

Before Seller Acceptance:
Buyers may cancel the order. The amount will be refunded as wallet credits. -
After Seller Acceptance (Before Work Starts):
Buyers may request cancellation. Approval depends on seller consent or applicable platform rules. -
After Work Has Started:
Buyers may request order cancellation after work commencement. Acceptance of such requests is at the discretion of the seller. If accepted, any eligible refund will be processed as wallet credits. If declined, the order will continue.
Refunds on Orders
Refunds on service orders are primarily handled as wallet credit refunds.
- Refunds are not guaranteed to be processed to original payment methods
- Refunded wallet credits can be reused for future purchases
Refunds may be approved if:
- Seller fails to deliver the agreed service
- Order is cancelled due to seller unavailability or non-responsiveness
- Fraud or material misrepresentation is confirmed after review
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Services that have been completed and successfully delivered
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or subjective expectations
- Failure by the buyer to provide required inputs or approvals
- Delays caused due to buyer inactivity or unresponsiveness
- Promotional, bonus, or goodwill credits
Disputes & Fraud Protection
Buyers may raise disputes in cases of non-delivery, seller default, or suspected fraud.
- Disputes must be submitted within the defined dispute window
- Supporting evidence and communication records may be required
- GigValue will review disputes based on platform data and available evidence
