Purpose & Scope

This Code of Conduct defines the expected standards of behavior for all users of the GigValue platform, operated by OROSK Network Private Limited.

It applies to all users including buyers, sellers (influencers), partners, and visitors accessing or using any part of the platform.

General Conduct Principles

  • Act honestly, professionally, and respectfully at all times
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
  • Use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes
Zero Tolerance: Fraud, deception, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, lawful, and accurate service requirements
  • Use respectful language in all communications
  • Make payments only through the GigValue wallet system
  • Do not request services that violate platform or legal policies
  • Avoid misuse of dispute or refund mechanisms

Seller (Influencer) Responsibilities

  • Deliver services exactly as described in the gig listing
  • Meet agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Provide genuine metrics and accurate social media data
  • Maintain confidentiality of buyer information
  • Comply with advertising, disclosure, and platform rules
Authenticity Required: Fake engagement, bots, or misleading performance claims are strictly prohibited.

Content & Communication Standards

  • No abusive, hateful, defamatory, or threatening content
  • No spam, unsolicited promotions, or phishing attempts
  • No sharing of personal contact details to bypass the platform
  • All communication must remain within GigValue systems

Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Use of automated tools, bots, or fake accounts
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity
  • Circumventing platform fees or systems

Enforcement & Violations

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Warnings or account restrictions
  • Suspension or permanent account termination
  • Withholding of wallet balances or earnings
  • Legal action where applicable
Platform Authority: GigValue’s decisions regarding violations are final and binding.

Reporting Misconduct

Users are encouraged to report violations or suspicious activities.

Updates to This Code

GigValue reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Code.
