These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OROSK Network Private Limited, operating the GigValue platform.

By accessing, registering, or using GigValue, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• Minimum age is 18 years unless permitted under Age Policy
• You must have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Accurate information must be provided at all times

GigValue is a technology platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

• GigValue is not a party to buyer–seller contracts
• GigValue does not guarantee service quality or outcomes
• All services are digital in nature

• One account per user unless authorized
• You are responsible for account security
• Sharing credentials is prohibited

• All payments are made via GigValue wallet credits
• Wallet credits are non-transferable
• Credits are not equivalent to bank deposits

• Orders are binding once confirmed
• Seller must deliver as per gig description
• Buyer must provide required inputs timely

Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Refunds are credited back to wallet only
• Completed services are non-refundable

• Users must follow the Code of Conduct
• No fraud, abuse, or system manipulation
• No bypassing platform fees

Platform IP belongs to GigValue. User-generated content ownership is governed by the Copyright Policy.

• Accounts may be suspended for violations
• Wallet balances may be frozen during investigation
• GigValue reserves final decision authority

GigValue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
