Copyright Policy

This Copyright Policy explains how intellectual property rights are handled on the GigValue platform, operated by OROSK Network Private Limited.

GigValue respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, and third parties and expects all users to do the same.

• GigValue name, logo, branding, UI, and software are proprietary assets
• All platform code, designs, and systems are protected under IP laws
• No unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or reuse is permitted

Users may upload or submit content such as:

• Gig descriptions, images, videos, and portfolios
• Campaign briefs and creative assets
• Messages and digital deliverables

By submitting content, users confirm that:

• They own the content or have lawful rights to use it
• The content does not infringe third-party rights
• They grant GigValue a limited license to display and process it

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• Creators retain ownership of their pre-existing content
• Buyers receive usage rights as defined in the gig description
• Ownership transfer, if any, must be explicitly agreed

• Uploading copyrighted content without authorization
• Using brand logos or trademarks without permission
• Reselling or redistributing purchased digital work unlawfully
• Claiming ownership of another person’s content

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a written complaint containing:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL or identification of infringing material
• Proof of ownership or authorization
• Your contact information

• Accounts with repeated violations may be suspended or terminated
• Wallet balances may be withheld pending investigation
• Permanent bans may be enforced
